Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States, EU member states, continental , etc.
We cannot ship to the following areas:
Standard PO Boxes in rural areas or residential PO Boxes.
USPS, FEDEX, or any other type of drop box.
Freight forwarding companies, including services similar to NY Mailboxes.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
Due to the nature of the items, ground shipping will be the only option.
Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
Your order will be shipped by the carrier that best meets the delivery timeframe; if shipping within the continental 48 states, we will use FEDEX or UPS, if shipping within the continental 48 states, we will use UPS and Purolator.
Order Cancellation:
The customer can only request to cancel the order if we are unable to complete and ship your order within 15 business days. You can also cancel the order if your item has not yet been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, we will charge the customer a 10% restocking fee.
Package Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package. When your order is processed and leaves our facility, we will send a shipping notification with tracking information to your email address.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number on the carrier's website to find out when your order will be delivered. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the date of your order.
